• I liked a deal - how do I get it? 
  
  Just click "BUY"! In majority of our Deals, as soon as the deal is purchased, you(buyer) will be able to see and print your Voucher(s) on your My Stuff page of RightDeal.com. You will also receive an sms for the purchased deal. However, in case of a Group Buy Deal a minimum number of buyers are required to successfuly close a Group Buy Deal. Once a Group Buy Deal closes successfuly, buyers of this Group Buy Deal will be able to see and print the Voucher on his/her My Stuff page. If the required minimum of buyers don't participate in such Deal purchase, the deal is off (cancelled) and buyer will receive a full refund of your monies. So be sure to share your favourite Group Buy Deal with your family, friends, neighbours and community to ensure everybody gets the deal! 
   
• Do I need to use the Vouchers on the same day I buy it? 
  
  No. All Vouchers have a redemption period. The redemption period is stated on the conditions of each deal. Therefore, be sure to redeem your Voucher within the redemption period! 
   
• I bought a deal - how do I redeem it? 
  
  All you have to do is to print your Deal Voucher from your My Stuff page and follow the redemption instructions on the deal Conditions. All RightDEAL Vouchers have redemption instructions and a map on it. Additionally, you will also get your Deal voucher via email in your registered mailbox. 
   
• Can I buy a deal & print the Voucher as a gift for someone else? 
  
  Of course you can! Alternatively, you can use our ‘Buy as Gift' function. 
   
• If I do not use the full value of the Voucher in one visit, can I use the balance later?
  
  Not unless otherwise stated on the Voucher. 
   
• Can I combine the Vouchers with other offers or specials? 
  
  No. Not unless the RightDEAL Vouchers specifically state otherwise. 
   
• What is Group Buy Deal and How does it work?

              A Group Buy Deal is a specially crafted Deal targeted to a Group of Buyers and usually offers higher Discount by using the Power of Your Group.

              Group Buy Deal usually runs for a short period of 10 days due to the extremely attractive pricing it offers and it expects a minimum number of Buyers to close

              the Deal. Once such a Deal is closed successfuly, you will be notified via SMS and Email so that you can enjoy the Deal Value. If the Deal fails to reach the

              the minimum number of buyers, any Buyers of such Deal get a full refund of the voucher amount you paid for.

              Buyers who have their own personal Groups can approach us and ask for any Customised Discount Deals which our team will work out for your group. 

• Will my credit card be charged as soon as I click the BUY button? 
  
  Your credit card will be charged once you complete your purchase online. However, in the event your purchased deal is a Group Buy Deal and it does not meet the minimum number of people required to activate it, you will be refunded in full for your purchase. 
   
• Is RightDEAL safe? 
  
  Every first time users concern on website safety is valid, but we are running a secure business. We are safe. With EBS.in as our online payment gateway, your credit card details are captured not on our website but rather at the highly secured (https) payment gateway site EBS.in where you are transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. Thus, at no time is your credit card information compromised nor is it stored on our servers. 
   
• Can I get a refund?

  Generally, no. However, we will remove comments when someone is making personal attacks or displaying any form of animal antics that's not suitable for human consumption.

  If anything like that happens, we will make sure you get your money back!
